A Note From Ken Gustafson

A note from Ken Gustafson (serving in Brazil)

Thank you all for praying for us this weekend as we ministered in a local church.  Two messages on the family were well received– pray that marriages and families will see permanent transformation.

Twenty people participated and enjoyed the training seminar on the Stranger on the Road to Emmaus by John Cross.  Pray that they will put this evangelism tool to good use.

Support Opportunity

Loren Thomas served as a trainee with YWAM last year in several countries. Recently he has been invited to

assist YWAM as a trainer in their New Zealand

Program.  Loren and his parents, Dave and Esther, have been a part of the McLaurin fellowship for a number of years. As mentioned last Sunday by Pastor Peter, we want to partner with Loren with our prayers and

finances in this faith venture. For those who would like to donate to Loren’s ministry in New Zealand, make your checks payable to: Youth With A Mission (BC) Society and designate your gift “for the ministry of Loren

Thomas”. You will receive a tax deductible receipt for your check from YWAM (not McLaurin). Your gift can be dropped into the offering box at the back of the church or presented to the church office next door.
