STEP Team Rwanda Fundraiser
WHERE: Will be held here in the gym
WHEN: Thurs., Sept.9 and Fri., Sept. 10. The sale will be
from 5-9pm each night
WHEN YOU CAN DONATE THINGS: Starting Sunday, donations can be placed in the back Sunday school room in the gym.

Following lunch Connie will be meeting with the overseers.

There will be an important congregational meeting next Wednesday, July 21 at 7pm. There will be a vote on the new Ministry Worker Position as well as on the Associate Pastor for Youth and Young Adults position.

Sat @ 10am Coffee with Connie! All parents of the youth are encouraged to come with their lawn chairs and questions for Connie to the backyard at the youth house.
12 noon Potluck picnic with Connie! at Avondale Park for all the youth.
7pm Evening with Connie! for youth leaders and young adults
Sunday morning Connie will be with us for the morning service and there will be a BBQ to follow. After lunch the Overseers will meet with Connie.
Wednesday, July 21, following the candidating weekend with Connie Roy there will be a Congregational Meeting at 7pm.

Church Camp is June 4-6! Registration forms are available on the back table please sign up today!
Pastor Randy is also looking for a few folks to sign up to help with preparing one meal over the weekend. Please talk to him about what meal you can help with. Church Camp has no registration fee, but there will be an offering taken. The offering will go towards expenses, with any extra going to the Growth Fund. ONLY THREE WEEKS LEFT TO REGISTER!! Drop your form in the offering box or into the slot in the former front office.
